Job description: Responsibilities:

Perform account opening and maintenance services including processing all client onboarding documents and ensuring compliance with related regulatory requirements and internal guidelines;
Support RMs in completing KYC/ CDD review, credit application and related documentation;
Provide administrative support to Team Leaders / RMs and liaise with relevant departments to execute transactions;
Answer queries from RMs and clients on transactional activities, operations, and systems and provide effective solutions to such queries.

Requirements:

University degree in business or related disciplines;
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Client Services Officer / Assistant Relationship Manager in either Priority or Private Banking;
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently with good interpersonal and communication skills;
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, especially Mandarin;
A good team player who can work effectively and be positive towards learning and performing the assigned duties.
