Client Service Officers provide high quality and efficient administration support to University and operations at the Sydney Business School, UOW, Sydney CBD Campus. The position requires professionalism, exceptional service standards and a pro-active approach to work practices. It will contribute to the ongoing quality assurance and improvement of the support services within the Faculty of Business and Law and in particular, Sydney Business School, Sydney CBD Campus.The Client Service Officer will be required to work in a rostered shift environment where the span of hours are between 8.00 am and 9.30 pm Monday to Friday and 8.00 am to 6.00 pm on Saturday/Sunday and occasionally outside of these hours which may attract an allowance.
