Mō te tūranga mahi | About the roleAs the Client Service Leader, you will be responsible for leading fantastic Team Leaders and Recovery Coordinators who assist in advancing our client’s rehabilitation journey. They provide support to our clients, providers and employers in a team-based way.Your role will be a leader of leaders role, supporting and shaping our team leaders to ensure their teams are growing capability that leads to improvement in outcomes, work collaboratively with other CSLs in our team to achieve our goals and build connections across our recovery system that improve rehab outcomes.For further information about the role click :Ngā pūkenga e angitu ai ia koe ngā mahi o te tūranga nei | To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated leadership experience leading multiple customer facing teams.
- Commitment and desire to improve the employee and customer experience.
- Passion and focus for consistency and collaboration.
- Demonstrated track record of driving performance and great customer outcomes.
- A mindset of continuous improvement
- Demonstrate commitment to Huakina Te Rā through embedding our Ngā Pae Ārahi principles, and actively leading/working on mahi that moves ACC towards achieving the Whāinga Matua | goals of our enterprise strategy.
