- Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Business Studies or any other equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience.
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided
- Proficiency in mandarin will be vital as we deal with mandarin speaking counterparts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work independently.
TanggungjawabRoles and Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients.
- Prepare service-related documents to clients.
- Provide advisory services to clients on corporate secretarial, accounting, and payroll service matters.
- Advise clients on statutory requirements and ensure compliance filings are completed in a timely manner.
- Follow up with clients on service progress, including onboarding and due diligence checks.
- Resolve client inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
