  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner to achieve service excellence via calls, emails and face-to-face conversations.
  • Support post-sales handling procedures with internal departments regarding insurance policies.
  • Perform clerical tasks and other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above. Degree holder will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in customer service.
  • Excellent fluency and communication skills in English and Putonghua.
  • Previous exposure with the insurance industry or holder of IIQE qualifications will be a PLUS.
