Are you a relationship-driven professional with a passion for events and client engagement? Join our dynamic H3 Group team and play a key role in attracting exceptional business events across Hamilton’s premier venues – Claudelands, FMG Stadium Waikato, Seddon Park, and Hamilton Gardens.This is a fast-paced and varied role where you’ll manage client relationships, support the conversion and retention of business events, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless, high-quality client experiences. You’ll represent H3 at industry events, host site visits and familiarisation tours, and help grow H3’s reputation as a leading destination for business events.QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or business events.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Experience working with corporate, government, TMCs, and association clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Momentus) and event planning processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • A genuine passion for the events industry and pride in representing Hamilton.
