Implement retention strategies to reduce client attrition and increase loyalty. Serve as the main contact for client queries and issue resolution. Analyze client feedback and data to improve services and satisfaction. Monitor client accounts and provide timely updates on their status. Stay informed on market trends, as well as the trading opportunities and risks Continuously monitor industry developments, economic indicators, and global events that may impact the forex market to deliver timely and relevant recommendations tailored to client needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. At least 1 year working experience in client relations, client retention, or customer engagement, preferably in the forex industry. Strong understanding of the forex market and related financial products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, including writing and verbal communication.
