Job description: JD OF CRM : Experience – 6 Months to 1 YearOnly Female Candidates preferredOffice Timing-6 Days Working – 9:30 AM to 6:30 AM (2nd & 4th Saturdays are Holidays)Qualification – GraduateLocation – Gurgaon (Work From Home) A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive is responsible for managing and improving the interactions between a company and its customers.Their role typically involves:Customer Data Management:- Maintaining and organizing customer information in CRM systems to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.- Customer Communication: Overseeing communication strategies, including emails, phone calls, and social media interactions, to ensure consistent and effective engagement.- Sales Support: Assisting the sales team by providing customer insights, managing leads, and tracking sales performance.- Marketing Campaigns: Collaborating with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention.- Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.- Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports on customer trends, campaign effectiveness, and overall CRM performance to help guide strategic decisions.- System Management: Ensuring the CRM software is functioning properly, implementing upgrades, and training staff on its use.
