Job description: MohonKelayakanWe are looking for Client Relationship Executive who can build relationships with customers and facilitate renewal sales. • Fluent in English and Chinese languages
• Good at phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade and listen to clients’ needs.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience
• Possess own transport
• Able to work independently

TanggungjawabJob Descriptions:

• Responsible for renewal sales and committed in striving to achieve the renewal sales targets.
• Plan, manage, develop business opportunities with customer accounts assigned.
• Attend to case status updates, requests, follow-ups with customers, attend to customer complaints & resolve any complaints or issues to customer’s satisfaction.
• Assist in any other duties as required from time to time.
