You’ll be working with a portfolio of exceptional properties and a client base that expects nothing short of excellence. This role requires a polished communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and is passionate about Prime Central London property.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lettings process, from valuation through to move-in
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with landlords, tenants and relocation agents
- Conduct viewings with confidence and market expertise
- Negotiate tenancy terms and secure deals with a focus on value and discretion
- Stay informed on market trends, rental values, and compliance requirements
- Liaise with the property management team to ensure a smooth tenant onboarding
- Represent the brand with professionalism, knowledge and integrity
About You:
- Proven track record in residential lettings, ideally within Prime Central London
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Driven, well-organised and detail-oriented
- Calm under pressure with the ability to adapt to different client personalities
- Up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
- ARLA qualification (or willingness to work towards it) preferred
