For further information please visit: www.virginmediatelevision.ieAbout the Role:Reporting to the Client Performance Lead, the Client Performance Executive is responsible for the management of client campaigns and ensuring a Red-Hot standards of client management is held at all times.Specific Tasks and Duties:
- Work across the output of all broadcast sponsorships, competitions, and branded content on Virgin Media One, Two, Three, Four, Virgin Media Player and Social channels.
- Maintain strong client relationship with agencies and with advertisers, with specific requirements to drive best in class brand campaigns and KPIs.
- Be an ambassador for our clients within Virgin Media TV and have a relentless focus on delivering best in class results for them.
- Build strong internal relationships, with TV producers, content, social and commercial production teams, and demand only the best from all stakeholders within the business for our clients.
- Work with the Client Performance Lead to identify opportunities for growth and improvement through innovation, collaboration, and development of internal and external resources/partners.
- Work closely with sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage day to day brand partnerships campaigns with clients and ensure all billings and contracting are accurate and timely.
- Work in an environment where any challenges or issues are flagged and proactively identify key upcoming risks that will prevent accounts or clients reaching their objectives, always working to a solution.
- Collate and report TV Viewership figures and gather data for post campaign analysis.
- Attend briefings and industry events, with a focus on continual professional development, keeping up to date on all new advertising advancements.
- Ensure compliance with all commercial and broadcasting regulatory bodies including the BAI
- Communicate available inventory or any delivery issues to the wider team.
- Ensure all processes are optimised and continuously improved across sales, product portfolio, billing, customer service, communication.
- Good financial acumen
- Continually measure and maintain the highest customer satisfaction scores to create a best in the business team.
Skills & Expertise:
- 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Hold a relevant business or marketing qualification.
- Experience in delivering or coordinating commercial projects for advertisers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and works well under pressure.
