QualificationsWhat we expect from you:
Completed secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (maturita)
Communicative knowledge of English at B1–B2 level
Native-level proficiency in Czech
Customer orientation and empathy
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team
An advantage would be: knowledge of another foreign language, experience with phone-based communication
