Job description: Key responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients via phone, email, or chat
• Searching for professional information (e.g., general insurance conditions) and translating it into clear, understandable language for our clients
• Recommending and providing the most suitable solutions based on client needs
• Gaining and applying new professional knowledge in the field of travel insurance and assistance services – knowledge that can be useful even in your personal life
• Working with modern client service tools

QualificationsWhat we expect from you:

• Completed secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (maturita)
• Communicative knowledge of English at B1–B2 level
• Native-level proficiency in Czech
• Customer orientation and empathy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• An advantage would be: knowledge of another foreign language, experience with phone-based communication
