You will have the opportunity to grow your career while developing personally and professionally through various resources and programmes.As a Client Advisor Assistant, you will be working closely with the Client Advisors, actively and significantly contributing to the development of sustainable client relationships and a strong client experience. You will be providing superior administrative, commercial, organisational, and operational support across multiple client-related processes covering the whole lifecycle of the client families we serve.Key Accountabilities
Knowledge and ExperienceA good knowledge and strong experience of the UK wealth management industry
Experience of supporting a number of advisors, rather than on a 121 basis
Understands Risk within context of the role and meets the regulatory obligations, as applicable.
Competent at maintaining client data and communicating with clientsAttributes and QualitiesGood communication and written English skills.
Very good telephone manner, comfortable handling client queries
Excellent team working skills. Supports and encourages others to generate a positive working culture, sharing information cross-functions.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Well organised and efficient.
Takes a solution-oriented approach and challenges the way we do things: “see it, say it, fix it”.Technical SkillsComputer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
Capable of using either or both of G2 and Intelligent Office
Strong financial knowledge with working knowledge of investment products, rules and regulations, Compliance (Mifid, KYC, KYT, AML)
Experience in similar role as Client Advisor Assistant or Client Advisor
Act as true first line of defence for clients and Quintet through proactive risk management.
Encouraged to work towards a CISI or CFA level 4 qualificationLanguages SkillsFluent in English, additional European language advantageous
