We have forged a dominant industry presence in a very short period through our consultative approach to recruitment, and transparent approach to client and candidate management.CrewSELECT are supporting our client in their search for a Cleaning Supervisor at their Nowergup facility.About the Role:To be successful, you’ll need the following:Cleaning Planning – Railcar & Facilities

• Support the Operations Coordinator with cleaning planning to meet contract obligations.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor Railcar and Facilities cleaning at Claisebrook and Nowergup.
• Coordinate with departments and contractors to ensure timely cleaning activities.
• Advise Asset/Fleet Managers of upcoming requirements and material needs.
• Manage cleaning supply stocktakes and ensure availability of required materials.

Planning Administration

• Maintain up-to-date records and technical documentation.
• Prepare job packs, schedules, and forecast reports for cleaning activities.
• Update the Asset Management System after task completion.
• Track maintenance needs for facilities, equipment, and tooling.
• Support audit actions and suggest process improvements.

Safety

• Comply with health and safety policies and procedures.
• Identify hazards, report incidents, and use correct PPE.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage contractor safety.
• Promote and contribute to a “Zero Harm” culture.

Environment

• Follow environmental policies and best practices.
• Promote sustainability and report environmental incidents or hazards.

Quality

• Adhere to company quality standards and procedures.
• Complete work quality checks and report any issues.

Additional TasksPerform other duties as required, including project work and on-call response for incidents such as graffiti or fatalities.What’s in it for you:This is an exciting opportunity to forge a rewarding career within a sustainable and progressive business.Maintenance team:

• 8 hour days but may be required to complete spot checks/attend site outside of normal operating hours.
• Rolling roster consisting of day shift, afternoon shift and night shift (dependent on site)
• Day shift roster also available
• $100k – $115k + super
• Full time permanent role
• Immediate start.
• Nowergup location.

About you:

• Proven work experience within a Planning or Management role.
• Proven work experience within risk management strategies and practices related to plant and equipment.
• Proven work experience within quality management methods and practices related to plant and equipment reliability.
• Data Entry/Administration qualifications or relevant on the job experience
• Understanding of the Rail Safety Act & Regulations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with technical information and translate as required
• Familiar with and demonstrated adherence to the Health, Safety and Environmental practices of EDIR-AT(M)
• Demonstrated ability, willingness and commitment to be multi-skilled and up-skilled
• Continuously up-dates necessary skills and knowledge as required for the role
