Seniority: Junior • Education: Secondary educationWe are currently looking for Turkish speakers to fill the position of Claim Coordinator.Main responsibilities & Requirements:Communication & claims processing arrangements for medical insurance claims.Efficient “start to end” claims handling including data entry and invoice assessment.Provide friendly and outstanding customer service.Respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.Work efficiently in a multi-lingual and multi-cultural team.Flexible and open-minded to ongoing changes and training.Strong computer user skills in Microsoft Office tools.Previous work experience in Tourism Medical Assistance, Claims Handling including the billing part, will be an advantage.Experience in working in customer service is an advantage.Empathy towards customers.Good level of organization, multi-tasking, and effective time management.Flexible and fast thinking, coolheaded in stressful situations.Ability to analyse a situation and find a solution.Pro-active and performing well under pressure.Attention to details.The mean duties are as follows:Through online and face to face training, becoming part of the Cyprus Euro-Center team covering medical assistance requirements throughout the region covered by EMME.Being assigned tasks from our global online system and liaising with medical / logistics providers to book appointments, track medical reports, request updates, and chase invoices for payment.Via the company online platform, checking policy holder terms and conditions of insurance, before treatment is approved.Liaising with Euro-Center assistance hubs and all local offices globally.Finding creative ways to assist policyholders if normal methods do not work.Identifying providers to senior members of staff as potential partners.Liaising with in-house doctor for translations, medical reports and any necessary assistance in cases.Always complying with all in house policies and regulations.Registration of online invoices.Assisting with ex-pat registration / payments if needed.Carrying out courtesy calls to policy holders, during and after treatment.Joining the ‘on call’ rota to be the main point of contact out of office hours to assist in emergencies and assistance needed from the hubs.Taking on new duties within the team as required, with relevant training.If you are interested in this position, please send us your CV, including your time availability, both for the interview and a possible starting date.We are looking forward to receiving your applications!
