You will collaborate with talented professionals working on iconic projects to drive future ready outcomes that will benefit clients and communities.At WSP you’ll find the scale and reach you need to do the kind of work the world needs – and the culture and people that make it the best work of your life.Our Water team promotes holistic, sustainable water resource management for governments, investors, developers, manufacturers, utilities, and corporations, helping with network maintenance and development, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, cost reduction, and future-ready strategies.About the role:We have a fantastic opportunity available to work in our Client based office in Beenleigh, QLD. This is a rare opportunity to work in a partnership team that looks after one of the largest water infrastructure programs in Australia and delivers new and improved water, wastewater and recycled water infrastructure.The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Civil design development and delivery through the full spectrum of the project life cycle to ensure work output is of a technically high standard.
• Assisting with the production and review of concise high-quality technical documentation
• Actively assisting colleagues in achieving improved client feedback results, enhance satisfaction, and exceed client expectations.
• Working collaboratively with a team on large-scale multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects and programs.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Full Australian working rights
• Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Between 2-5 years experience in a consultancy environment is highly desirable
• Experience in detailed design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of relevant industry related Australian Standards and WSAA codes would be advantageous.
• Well-developed use and understanding of Civil 3D modelling software, 2D and 3D CADD software would be advantageous.
• Understanding of related safety in design practices and processes.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
