As Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll lead Coin Factory’s global revenue strategy, overseeing sales, partnerships, and market expansion in the fast-evolving crypto ecosystem. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll shape our go-to-market approach, build high-performing teams, and forge strategic alliances to accelerate our mission of redefining wealth creation.RequirementsResponsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets.

• Lead global sales, business development, and partnership teams to drive enterprise and startup adoption.

• Identify and penetrate new markets, with a focus on tech-savvy regions and emerging economies.

• Build and optimize scalable sales processes, leveraging CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns with revenue goals.

• Cultivate strategic partnerships with blockchain platforms, exchanges, and DeFi ecosystems.

• Provide data-driven insights to the executive team to inform product and market strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles, with 3+ years in blockchain, fintech, or SaaS industries.

• Proven track record of driving $20M+ in annual revenue growth in a high-growth environment.

• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and DeFi markets.

• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing global, cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.

• Strong network in the crypto, tech, or financial services sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
