Our goal is to support our customers’ everyday banking needs by delivering a best-in-class payments infrastructure that orchestrates payments seamlessly in our target markets. We bring efficiency through standardization while making it our utmost priority to ensure the platform is highly performant, always compliant, secure & available.The tribe consist of 21 squads with more than 200 people across Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, and India.You will work in a Nordic team consisting of Project Managers working and will lead the overall success of given strategic initiatives by facilitating and coordinating the delivery of business-critical projects End-2-End across the organization.What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Way: Breaking down business-critical projects into actionable steps which can be delegated and executed
- Keep Us on Track: Oversee project progress, highlight key milestones and ensuring transparency across workstreams. Work with key stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and maintain progress
- Find common ground: Identify and tackle issues early, providing sound guidance to keep our projects moving smoothly
- Communicate Clearly: Keep everyone updated with clear and concise communication, empowering agile decision-making

- Experience: Proven track record in running projects where business and IT intersect, coupled with a strong consultancy toolbox, to drive and facilitate structured problem solving

- Payments Knowledge: Understanding of the Nordic payment market and offered products is a plus
