Job description: Our client is seeking a Chief Officer, Transportation Policies (UAE Only) to assist with their activities in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Job Purpose is to support Transportation Policies to perform the section roles by providing the needed technical and administrative assistance to the section’s team.Key Results Accountabilities– Participate in developing and updating the department’s Corporate Documents (policies/procedures…etc.)– Participate in teams and committees related to transport demand management policies, as deemed appropriate.– Prepare reports and visual presentations related to transport demand management policies– Implement and follow up on the directives and recommendations assigned to the section with the relevant parties and ensure their completion– Organize administrative and office work in the department regarding the reception and sending of department-specific data, distribute procedures to the relevant parties and entities in the unit, and follow up on secretarial and writing tasks– Provide all the administrative support required for the department and its employees– Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriateJob RequirementsEducation– Bachelor / Diploma in Business Administration from a recognized university.– Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
