Job description: Job Title: Chief Manager – Business Planning & AnalysisJob Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Engagement Manager to facilitate partner meetings and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in leadership governance, ensuring effective communication at all levels, and possess strong assertiveness backed by data-driven insights.Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and coordinate partner meetings to enhance collaboration and alignment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive engagement and commitment.

Initiative Management:

  • Lead and manage strategic initiatives aimed at improving partner performance and outcomes.
  • Monitor progress and provide support to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.

Leadership Governance:

  • Anchor governance meetings to ensure alignment and accountability among leadership stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports on initiative progress and outcomes to senior leadership.

Effective Communication:

  • Communicate initiatives, and updates to all stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment through to the last mile.
  • Create informative materials and presentations that effectively convey key messages.

Data-Driven Assertiveness:

  • Utilize data points to support discussions and decisions, demonstrating the impact of initiatives on partner performance.
  • Exhibit confidence and assertiveness when engaging with sales leaders and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized Top Tier Business school is preferred
  • Proven experience in partner engagement, project management, or a related role.
  • Strong leadership and governance skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with senior leaders.
