Implement the financial strategy in alignment with company goals, including participation in funding rounds.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and the tracking of key financial performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage accounting operations, payroll, and other administrative tasks while continuously improving financial and controlling processes.
Monitor cash flow and ensure liquidity at all times, including analytical accounting to maintain the profitability of the business.
Ensure accurate bookkeeping, timely annual financial statements, and compliance with Swiss tax and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with auditors, tax and legal advisors, and regulators to ensure compliance and strong external partnerships.
Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors and shareholders.
What you bring :
Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (e.g., HEG, HEC, Swiss federal diploma).
Several years of experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a fast-growing company, a SME or a fiduciary.
Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, with the ability to align financial planning with business objectives.
Proficiency in French and English; German is a plus.
High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. Excellent communication skills
