Based in Dubai, you’ll partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive informed decision-making, manage cross-border financial complexity, and ensure financial governance as we scale.Key Responsibilities🔹 Strategic Leadership– Act as a core member of the executive leadership team– Drive group-wide financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring– Lead the transition of financial leadership from the Group Financial Controller🔹 Group Finance OversightOversee finance operations across:UK: 2 Limited CompaniesUSA: LLC and Inc EntitiesUAE: Multiple local LLCsEnsure consolidated group reporting and compliance (IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP)Manage group cash flow, intercompany transactions, and currency risk🔹 Governance & Compliance– Ensure compliance with tax, licensing, audit, and statutory requirements in all jurisdictions– Liaise with global advisors: auditors, tax consultants, legal counsel🔹 Systems & Controls– Enhance and scale financial systems, controls, and reporting processes– Embed best practices across jurisdictions for audit-readiness and operational efficiency🔹 Team Leadership– Mentor and manage finance team members across locations– Oversee the transition of the Group Financial Controller to a part-time roleIdeal Candidate Profile– Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)– 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a senior finance role (preferably CFO level)– Strong track record in multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction finance environments– Familiarity with UK, US, and UAE operations and regulations– Industry experience in healthcare, wellness, or therapy services is a plus– Deep knowledge of cross-border structuring, international tax, transfer pricing, and consolidations– Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led business environment– Based in Dubai or open to relocationWhy Join Us?– Purpose-driven organization with real social impact– High-growth sector: wellness, therapy, and mental health– Collaborative and dynamic executive leadership team– Opportunity to shape the financial future of a multi-national groupMarisa’s mission is to spread the message that there are simple, rapid, and effective techniques everyone can use that can truly change your life.
