Job description: Formally established on January 9, 2020. Surecycle Finance Corp. (“Surecycle”) is a financial institution offering financial services to tricycle and motorcycle drivers and operators in the form of collateral loans.The RoleYou will be responsible for :

• Leading the accounting and finance function.
• Supporting senior stakeholders on all business reviews.
• Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.
• Generating reports & analysis to assist in decision making.
• Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury related activities.
• Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies.
• Providing an oversight on tax, internal controls and audit related matters.
• Managing a team of 50-100 people.

Ideal Profile

• You are a Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• You have at least 5 years experience within a Finance Director / CFO role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry and the Financial Services Industry industry.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
