The resort’s location is suitable for business, meetings, and leisure travel.As Chef de Cuisine, you will be the head of our kitchen and responsible for creating, managing, and overseeing the preparation and presentation of exceptional dishes for our esteemed guests. We’re looking for a dynamic, visionary leader with international culinary experience who has a passion for innovation, quality, and delivering outstanding food in a luxury setting.A little taste of your day-to-dayEvery day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to ensure the highest standard of food preparation, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Develop innovative and diverse menu offerings with a focus on international flavors and trends.
  • Maintain high culinary standards and ensure consistent quality in every dish served.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with global food trends and integrate international influences into the menu.
  • Manage the kitchen budget, including food cost control, wastage reduction, and efficient resource utilization.
  • Train, mentor, and develop junior kitchen staff to uphold the hotel’s culinary standards.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. What do we need from you?

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
  • Strong background in international cuisine with hands-on experience in diverse culinary techniques and flavors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for food and creating unique dining experiences.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing culinary trends and guest preferences.
  • Formal culinary training and certifications are preferred.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
