• Leadership of the Economics and Business Management Department
• DP teaching and leadership in one of the Diploma subjects offered by the school

Candidate requirements

• Planning the curriculum for DP courses
• Uses data to inform decision making
• Creating transdisciplinary units with other subject areas in the school
• Organises staffing for the department
• Supports the Principal and Assistant Principals with the mission and development of the school
• Makes student centred decisions
• Ensures that all administration tasks are completed by staff within the department
• Assists departmental members in their professional growth
• Promotes cultural understanding, inclusion and diversity
