We also take care of our personal and institutional online trading customers.The Everyday Business Banking (EBB) team supports the full spectrum of customers’ needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. We have accountability for Deposit and Transaction Product, and Portfolio Management, Commercial Cards, Cash Channel Strategy, Payment Acceptance Solutions, Business Customer Onboarding, Customer lifecycle Management, and Business Customer Propositions.Specifically, you will join the Commercial Cards Crew and be responsible for the product lifecycle, development, and management of the CommBank Commercial Card product offering. In addition, work directly with our distribution teams across the Business Bank to support our bankers and deliver on customer outcomes.Do work that mattersAs an experienced Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for the value, viability, and key results of the Commercial Cards product portfolio. You are proficient across the following core product management capabilities:Customer: deep customer obsession and expert knowledge on product user experienceData: understand critical data points and drive key product insightsIndustry: subject matter expert within the Cards and Payments domain, competitor landscape, and technology trendsBusiness: strong financial leadership and deep subject experience of the legal and regulatory environment including risk, governance, and compliance frameworksProduct: subject matter expert on the Commercial Cards product and propositionIn addition, you will lead 5-10 high performing product managers and you will be responsible for driving people engagement, capability uplift, and talent strategy across the Crew.We are looking for people who haveAppropriate university qualification; degree or masters5-7 years of product management experience within the Cards or Payments DomainDemonstrated people leadership experienceStrong commercial and technical experience within product lifecycle managementExcellent communication skills with experience managing multiple stakeholdersConfidence and experience in navigating ambiguity, and ability to work flexibly through changeInterest in building genuine lasting relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customersRisk Mindset –All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.If you’re already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you’ll need to apply through to submit a valid application.
