Location: Logan Lake/Kamloops, British ColumbiaWhat you will be doing:Build and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plansLead change activities for various business transformation workstreamsProvide expert change management advice and support to leadership teamsEnsure organizational change efforts address key change levers, including stakeholder management, leadership alignment, communications and engagement, training and adoptionParticipate in leadership meetings and report on Organizational Change measures including business readiness and riskCollaborate with a broader network of change professionals to ensure consistency with the change management framework and ensure cohesive and effective application across the businessDeliver all program requirements including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communications, organizational readiness assessmentEstablish leadership alignment and build change competencies including establishing a Change Leader and Change Champion network to support the implementationWhat you must have:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, organizational development, or a related field. CCMP designation or other accredited change management certifications6+ years’ experience as a change practitioner, with deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and toolsExperience implementing business transformation projects, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology and / or Enterprise Operating Model (EOM)Experience in the mining or resource sectors beneficialExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasivelyStrong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with diverse teamsDemonstrated ability to analyze, problem solve, stay organized and lead multiple assignmentsWorks effectively as an individual and in a collaborative team environmentHas strong leadership skills; able to influence and guide large groups through changeMust be comfortable working with a degree of ambiguityCapable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExperience developing communications and engagement strategies including leading and planning workshops and meetingsAbility to travel to company offices and sites domestically and internationally as requiredExperience in managing culture change would be an assetFor more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
