This role requires someone who excels in building relationships, demonstrating empathy, and effectively communicating the benefits of change to our internal employees.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate change management initiatives with a focus on employee engagement
• Develop and implement tailored change management plans to foster a smooth transition
• Monitor and assess the impact of change on teams and processes
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with change initiatives
• Provide expert advice and support for navigating change
• Document change management processes for future reference
• Build and enhance change management knowledge throughout the organization
• Oversee the development and delivery of engaging employee training programs
• Offer ongoing support and guidance during the change process
• Organize and implement effective change management strategies
• Plan, develop, deliver, and track change management outputs and outcomes
• Design and execute a strategic change communication plan to keep everyone informed and engaged

• Minimum secondary education
• Experience in a similar role with a focus on soft skills
• Excellent command of the Czech or Polish language
• Proficient in English at a B2 level
• Advanced skills in MS Office
• Strong organizational, independence, and time management abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, responsible, and reliable approach to work
• Ability to inspire and motivate colleagues while leading teams toward common goals
• Strong process orientation with a results-driven mindset
