The immediate focus will be on E21 Program to achieve compliance with OSFI’s E21 Guideline for Operational Risk Management and Operational Resilience.Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Change Manager – Intermediate in Toronto for a 6 month contract
Working Hours: 37.5 Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to FridayAdvantages

Qualifications
Must Have Requirement:– 4-5 years change management experience in a financial institution or consulting environment.
– Experience in building and executing holistic change management plans, including communications, training, procedures
– Microsoft fundamentals certified or equivalent skill level with Microsoft office suite
– Jira and ConfluenceNice to Have:
– Bachelors degree in business, management, HR, MIS, Operations or related field.
– Relevant certifications:
*** CCMP
*** Prosci certified change practitioner
*** CMP
*** CMS
– Experience in delivering regulatory initiativesSoft skills:
– Excellent communication skills
– Strategic influencing and planning
