Job description: Our client is an established Hong Kong listed manufacturing firm with an international presence and customer base in over 90 countries. Due to growth in strategic plans, there is now a need to search for a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the firm covering its regional and international business. The CFO is responsible for the oversight and leadership for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the company’s finance activities, guiding its financial strategies and plans. He or she will collaborate with the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Lead the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing. Ensure that the financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet the organization’s short and long-term business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the financial strategy of the company. This includes long-term financial planning and forecasting, risk management, and investment strategies.

Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements. Ensure the timely reporting of key financial data and updates to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders. * Compliance: Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.

• Leadership: Direct the Finance and accounting team and ensure their ongoing professional development and training. Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting, in which taking up senior finance executive position, strong global exposure, Big 4 and manufacturing industry background is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)..Professional accreditation (e.g., CPA, CFA).
• Extensive experience in senior financial managerial roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
