Job description: Job Description :A mineral company is searching for a senior level candidate with a proven track record in the international trade of minerals & Mining industry. The candidate should be an exceptional leader with relevant business acumen to create and lead a sustainable company. The company will start with selected minerals in its first three to five years (Gypsum, Limestone, Dolomite and Chromite). The Company should then gradually expand its portfolio and deal with both exports and imports. The candidates should also be aware of the complexity of the sector in terms of supply and demand and all associated logistics requirements supporting the sector and contributing to its costs.The Board of Directors shall appoint the CEO on terms and conditions it considers appropriate considering performance incentives. The CEO shall report to the Board of Directors on a regular, periodic basis and otherwise as the Board of Directors may request.Creation & Management of COMPANY: Manage creation and evolution of COMPANY as a profitable and sustainable mineral trading company by:
Organization Culture & Talend Management: COMPANY’s nature of business would require encouraging andpromoting entrepreneurial culture with high ethical standards. This may require:

The CEO will arrange for the delivery of information and access to senior management on a timely basis to keep the Board of Directors fully apprised of all matters that are necessary for the directors to perform their duties.RequirementsEducation:– Bachelor or MBA in Business Development or MarketingExperience:– 10 to 15 years in Business development & mining industry.Special Skills & Knowledge:– Technical skills– Business acumen– Communication skills– Presentation skills
