Job description: Job Description:Te Tūranga | About the role:Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy inventory management, collating reporting and enhancing processes to meet best practise industry standards? The Inventory Controller will be responsible for ensuring company inventory records are maintained to the highest standard and deliver on expectations across multiple product types.Based from either of our Christchurch or Dunedin offices, we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the wider Logistics team and report to the Group Inventory Manager.The core function of this role is to maintain our internal inventory system, assist in managing inventory across our 14 processing sites, reviewing systems, building and documenting training records, and complete regular reporting and weekly inventory reconciliation of external partners, all while maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.This role, done well, ensures that our products are accounted for, available, and that Silver Fern Farms operates with minimal inventory losses while maximising profitability.Ōu Pūkenga | About You:This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated and excited at the prospect of working for one of New Zealand’s largest exporting companies, who brings exceptional organisational capacities and has some experience with inventory management.We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as an Inventory Controller or similar role
• Competency in the Microsoft suite applications, especially MS Excel
• Organised, with strong communication abilities
• Great attention to detail, with an analytical mindset
• The ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
