Job description: Role & Responsibilities:Key Result Areas:Support to execute key strategies for buying function and closely monitor responsible market product performance across channels to deliver the financial category/classification targets, inventory levels, margins, turns, and sales promotions to ensure maximum return on investment.Support assortment efficiency during buy to drive through Sell Through improvements, RSP opportunities, volume drivers and market specific adaptationSupport and prepare seasonal hindsight and foresight and product opportunities to inform the Go-To-Market processes (GTM) and part of demand forecasting input.Create and Maintain size profiles for your market, respond to sizing requests based on business needs, including size grid changes, size-out investigations and optimize inventory level by monitoring sales and sizing trend.Track & manage weekly product performance results on seasonal sell out and make recommendations to maximize profitability, compile and analyze product performance data identifying missed opportunitiesPartner with Retail Planning and Allocation Team on “chasing” or “reflowing” receipts as appropriate with consideration of commercial needs and operation constraints.Ensure structured reporting deliverables are met, evaluating reports for accuracy, performance efficiency and standardized best practices.Support and participate in the continuous effort to improve buying process and strategies.Support the implementation of new systems and raising efficiencies to ensure processes enhance workflowKey contact person on feedback and enquiriesSupport ad-hoc duties and projects when required.Competency Requirements:Advance understanding retail mathematics and Open to BuyStrong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret multiple data points across numerous channels and market segmentsGood foundation on replenishment, allocations, merchandising and/or retail fashion store managementProven ability to work with a cross functional teamGood sense of style and color trendsGood communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbalEntrepreneurship – an ability to make decisions and take calculated risksIntermediate Excel skills with formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and graphsSelf-awareness, with a desire for constant self-improvement(goal-oriented)ExperienceMinimum Relevant Experience: 2 years’ experience in retail in an assistant buyer, merchant or buying roleAcademic QualificationsMinimum Degree Held: Bachelor’s degree Business or CommerceLanguage Proficiency:Fluent in English & MandarinSpecific Working ConditionsFrequency of Travel: As requiredR-20250422-0017
