Job description: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Specialist with experience in cash processing and client vault services. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in taking ownership of issues and delivering results in an international, cross-departmental environment. As part of our Finance Team, you will also support the Finance Controlling team in Zurich, as well as the Cashier Desks in Basel and Lugano. We expect candidates to demonstrate strong client and service orientation in daily operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and successful team within UBP Zurich.Execute cash withdrawals and deposits at the cashier deskAdminister safe deposit box transactionsProcess staff expenses reportsMange the audit letters processHandling of vault transactionsManage physical precious-metals transactionsOversee foreign exchange administrationCoordinate precious-metals transport managementAdminister local credit and debit card processesExecute direct debit and cheques transactionsProactively manage ad-hoc requests and investigationsStart: asapThis is a permanent, 100% role located in Zurich.Due to the responsibilities of this role, remote work is unfortunately not possible.
