Role Overview: This role will be a part of the Treasury team whose core responsibility is to manage bank relationships, implement cash management strategies and solutions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations to optimize the company&aposs liquidity and maximize the efficient use of its cash assets. Must work closely with other finance teams to support overall financial goals. Responsibilities: Recommend enhancements in Cash Management Policies and Procedures to improve efficiency and control. Design and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, including managing investment portfolios, utilizing banking products, and optimizing payment terms Implement Cash Management Services/Solutions that would best fit the company’s requirements. Negotiate banking agreements, manage multiple bank accounts, and ensure efficient cash transactions. Regularly reconcile cash balances across all accounts to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Ensure adequate liquidity to meet the day to day obligations of the company Oversee the company&aposs treasury operations, including managing the company’s disbursement of payables and ensures obligations are settled on time as well as short-term investments and debt obligations Handle all bank concerns related to the timely, accurate and efficient processing of payables Generate comprehensive reports, analyze trends, and present findings to senior management. Monitor compliance to all relevant financial regulations and internal controls related to cash handling. Liaise with concerned internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues Tasks as assigned by immediate head Qualifications: At least 5 years of Cash Management/Treasury experience Banking or any financial institution exposure required Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders at various level Ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on analysis. Strong problem-solving ability. Strong Analytical Skills Strong Negotiation Skills Knowledgeable on Philippine Banking Operations Adept in Excel Must be willing to report 100% on-site in BGC Show more Show less
