- Oversee all financial aspects of assigned property development projects.
- Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Prepare timely financial reports, including variance analysis and performance updates, for project stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing and managing project financing documentation and applications.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance financial processes within projects.
- Work closely with group level team to support the financial reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the property developer
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong working relationships with diverse teams.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is essential
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively
