• Oversee all financial aspects of assigned property development projects.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Prepare timely financial reports, including variance analysis and performance updates, for project stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing and managing project financing documentation and applications.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance financial processes within projects.
• Work closely with group level team to support the financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the property developer
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong working relationships with diverse teams.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is essential
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively
