Job description: Company: MarshDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Case Management team at Wellnz, now a part of Marsh, in a fixed term (parental leave cover) capacity for 12 months. This role will be based in our modern Auckland CBD offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.We will count on you to:

• Manage a portfolio of cases on behalf of our client, ensuring compliance with Client Service Level Agreements and ACC Audit Standards
• Promote a healthy and safe working environment while providing a high standard of customer service to injured clients
• Conduct regular client contact to discuss claims and develop effective working relationships
• Keep management adequately informed about progress and ongoing relationships with clients
• Continually work towards professional development and maintain a competent practice

What you need to have:

• Case Management or Claims Management experience, either from a Government body or an insurer
• Strong knowledge of ACC legislation
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business and/or rehabilitation or a health-related discipline
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proven time management and organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
