Job description: Adecco’s Banking & Financial Services Team is recruiting for the position of Case Manager on behalf of, our client, a global leader in bespoke financial solutions specializing in providing strategies for wealth preservation and liquidity management, catering to affluent individuals, families, and business leaders. Responsibilities: Support consultants with sales-related tasks and client interactions. Coordinate with consultants and bankers to set up medical appointments, prepare paperwork, and collect financial and KYC (Know Your Customer) documents. Attend client meetings on behalf of consultants, including medical check-ups and other in-person discussions when needed. Act as the main contact between bankers, clients, and insurers to arrange meetings, medical visits, paperwork, and policy delivery. Submit application documents to insurance companies on time. Keep consultants updated on their sales progress, case status, and meeting records in internal systems. Check that all client documents meet company and insurance compliance rules. Manage the full application process, following up with insurers and underwriters to ensure smooth approvals. Work with consultants and client service teams to support annual policy reviews. Coordinate the team on both new and existing policies. Create customized PowerPoint presentations and product comparisons for client meetings. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant fields. 2 years of working experience in the insurance industry or experience in the High-Net-Worth Market. Strong proficiency in English and Chinese (Speaking), enabling effective communication with counterparts in Hong Kong. Strong relationship management skills with clients, bankers, and consultants. Ability to multitask and thrive under tight deadlines. Strong functional and technical knowledge to perform at a high level. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with consultants and colleagues to improve inception rates. Ability to build rapport and communicate with diplomacy and tact.
Expected salary: 4000 – 6000 per month
