Job description: Our client, a well established Insurance Broker (MNC) is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:Responsibilities:
– Assist in overseeing and supporting the compliance function in Hong Kong & US offices, including regulatory compliance, AML/KYC, data privacy, cross-border business, etc.
– Establish and maintain effective communication with regulators (e.g. Insurance Authority) and regulatory bodies for inquiries, reporting, inspections or investigations.
– Identify applicable regulations, analyze external statutory and regulatory requirements and trends, and assess the compliance risks relevant to the business.
– Monitor regulatory developments and be aware of any regulatory requirement changes or updates.
– Develop and maintain proper controls, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
– Provide advice to business and operations to ensure awareness of relevant regulatory requirements.Requirements:
– Degree or professional qualification preferred.
– Fluent spoken and written English & Chinese.
– 7 years of case management experience for life insurance industry.
– Strong understanding of insurance business and products, as well as knowledge of regulators guidelines, rules and regulations.
– Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders and all functions within local and regional countries.
– Positive can-do attitude, capable to work independently and manage the timeline, and a good team player.Package:
