You’ll manage the end-to-end onboarding process, acting as the key liaison between Relationship Managers, clients, and internal teams. Based in Sydney, this full-time role offers the opportunity to work across a broad stakeholder network, ensuring due diligence is completed accurately and efficiently. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in a dynamic environment, and enjoy building strong relationships-this role is for you.What do I need?To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong mix of industry knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and a proactive mindset:

• Solid understanding of FM Product Onboarding, KYC, AML, and compliance standards, with experience across diverse client types and institutional banking products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-first approach and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Proven ability to take ownership of processes, drive resolution, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management, organisational, and coordination skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong controls mindset.
• Project management experience and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, systems, and procedures.
