Job description: Role:
Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and family offices.
Organise and participate in capital introduction events, roadshows, and networking sessions.
Conduct due diligence on potential investors and facilitate connections with fund managers.
Provide regular updates and reports to investors on investment performance and market trends.
Develop and implement strategic and tactical asset allocation frameworks.
Analyse financial markets, economic trends, and investment research to inform decisions.
Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
Perform regular portfolio reviews and make adjustments to optimise returns and manage risks.
Collaborate with portfolio managers and financial analysts to construct and maintain diversified investment portfolios.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CFA designation is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital introduction, asset allocation, or a related role within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and economic trends.
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and make informed investment decisions.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Bloomberg, Reuters, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
