Job description: Role:

• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and family offices.
• Organise and participate in capital introduction events, roadshows, and networking sessions.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investors and facilitate connections with fund managers.
• Provide regular updates and reports to investors on investment performance and market trends.
• Develop and implement strategic and tactical asset allocation frameworks.
• Analyse financial markets, economic trends, and investment research to inform decisions.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
• Perform regular portfolio reviews and make adjustments to optimise returns and manage risks.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and financial analysts to construct and maintain diversified investment portfolios.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CFA designation is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital introduction, asset allocation, or a related role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and economic trends.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and make informed investment decisions.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Bloomberg, Reuters, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
