Job description: About The Team The Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region. The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross-border logistics, operations, payments, product-related services, overseas warehouse fulfilment, and business intelligence. Job Description Conduct deep-dive analysis to have a thorough understanding of the market landscape, trends, and user behaviour, leveraging the findings to plan the most effective and innovative campaign strategies. Develop and implement marketing campaign strategies through cross-functional collaboration across multiple channels, working closely with Campaign Ops, Business Development, and other relevant teams. Involvement in end-to-end campaign planning and execution, managing timelines, expectations, tasks, and resources. Business analysis and performance reporting of campaign projects to facilitate senior leadership decision-making Responsible for analyzing and restructuring in-app and creative assets to maximize potential reach, collaborating with graphic designers to conceptualize and provide creative assets including social media posts and in-app assets. Ensure smooth execution during daily campaign and peak campaign periods. Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field, with working knowledge of topics such as business analytics, economics, statistics, and econometrics Background in fast-paced tech start-ups or e-commerce is advantageous Analytical and number-savvy with experience in data analytics Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute projects Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Is curious, creative, and has inherent grit Able to work independently with minimal supervision
