With much more growth ahead, Smiggle is the place where a smile meets a giggle; and there’s no better place to work and build your career!About the RoleWe are looking for a Campaign & Partnerships Manager to join our Smiggle Marketing Team!Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end creation and implementation of our global licence and proprietary marketing campaigns, including the management of our relationships with Licensors, Shopping Centre Groups, Charity, PR and Influencer partnerships globally.Responsibilities

  • Work with the Global Marketing Manager to plan, implement and analyse each of the brand’s new product collection, license and charity campaigns for each season globally
  • Help lead and support a team of marketers to implement each campaign’s Marketing plans to timeline
  • Conceptualise and realise innovative and exciting brand experiences for our fans, executed through our stores, retail and licensing partnerships, growing fan base, engagement and brand love
  • Project manage the licensing collaborations for the brand, ensuring seamless communication with Licensors and gaining approval of all Marketing Plans and assets to timeline
  • Manage our local and international PR agency and Influencer relationships, briefs, and results, providing campaign briefs that aim to increase brand coverage and reach
  • Develop strong partnerships with each of Smiggle’s charity partners, and create and implement annual marketing plans to increase fundraising results and awareness for important causes
  • Lead internal brainstorms and the ideation for all brand marketing campaigns, across all areas of the Marketing mix, and project manage the rollout across digital and retail channels
  • Create and maintain Marketing reports and regularly share results of Campaign and Marketing activity as it relates to reach, engagement and return on investment, making recommendations for future campaigns and activity.

Skills & Experience

  • Marketing or Communications university qualification
  • 2-3 years experience in managing Marketing campaigns
  • Experience within a retail or children’s brand environment is advantageous
  • Experience working with third parties agencies including PR, Ad agencies, and charities would be beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Exceptional people and team building skills
