Job description: CARE Pakistan under the FCDO-funded Aawaz II Programme is seeking the services of a qualified consultant or firm to conduct a Gendered Political Economy Analysis (GPEA) in five districts of Sindh (Thatta, Badin, Umerkot, Mirpurkhas, and Malir-Karachi). The objective is to examine the interplay of social, political, economic, and environmental factors and their gendered impacts on marginalized communities, particularly women, persons with disabilities, transgender individuals, and minority groups.The selected consultant/firm will lead a participatory, evidence-based analysis using qualitative methods such as PRA, FGDs, and KIIs. The engagement includes tool development, field data collection, capacity-building workshops, data validation, and report writing.Eligible firms/consultants must have proven experience in conducting Political Economy and Gender Analyses, participatory methods, and work in Sindh or similar contexts. A highly skilled multidisciplinary team with expertise in gender, governance, GBV, climate, and conflict is required.Expected Duration: 18 August 2025 – 18 October 2025
