Handle scheduling, task delegation, and team training. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf environment. Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control of caf supplies. Address customer inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly. Support sales initiatives and promotions to drive performance. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in a caf supervisory or leadership role. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with caf operations and POS systems. Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive work environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene preferred. Retail Supervisor Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service. Manage and coach retail staff, including shift scheduling and task supervision. Monitor product displays, merchandising, and stock levels. Coordinate inventory replenishment and assist in product receiving and organization. Address customer needs, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Track sales performance and support sales targets and promotional efforts. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly retail environment. Enforce retail policies and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Qualifications: Experience in a retail supervisory or leadership position. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Knowledge of retail systems, inventory, and merchandising practices. Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask.
