Join our dynamic team and take a leadership role in coordinating BIM efforts, ensuring project success, and mentoring junior team members. In this role, you will oversee the production of technical drawings, lead model coordination, and ensure compliance with BIM standards while delivering projects efficiently and to the highest quality.The Opportunity

  • Undertake the production of 2D technical drawings, BIM models, data, and documentation using CAD or BIM software.
  • Coordinate BIM efforts across multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless integration of models and drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Oversee project deliverables, monitor progress, and report to discipline leads or project managers.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and supporting skill development.

  • Possess a recognized qualification in engineering, design, drafting, Building Information Modeling (BIM), or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5-8 years) in BIM modeling or technical drawing within infrastructure engineering projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, Revit, or Navisworks, with experience in at least two listed applications (Tekla, Solibri, Clarity, ACC/BIM360, Rhino & Grasshopper, Trimble Connect and BCF collaboration).
  • Expertise in coordinating BIM models and managing adherence to BIM standards throughout project lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage tasks and resources effectively under pressure.
