Job description: Job Description:CAD Operator – ArchitecturalAbu Dhabi, UAEParsons is looking for an amazingly talented CAD Operator – Architectural to join our team!What You’ll Be Doing:Ensure that all designs comply with project specifications, compliance with codes and standards and Developer Guideline standards and requirements.Review and evaluate architectural designs, GFA Calculation for compliance with project requirements and regulations. Confirm with accuracy.Provide technical analysis and recommendations to ensure design solutions are practical and efficient.Revise drawings and plans as requested ensuring that all changes meet the project requirements, codes, and standards.Prepare detailed reports and feedback on design reviews.Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate drawings.Organize and archive completed drawings and project files for easy access by project stakeholders and for future reference.What Required Skills You’ll Bring:Diploma in Architectural Drafting or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in design review, preferably in the real estate development industry.Strong knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.Proficient in design software (AutoCAD).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good communication and teamwork skills.What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:Software experience of Revit / BIM is advantageous.Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
