Our flagship product, Niura Alpha, is a focus-sensing wireless audio earbud that utilizes advanced EEG technology to monitor and enhance user productivity. Paired with our mobile application, Deep-Work, we aim to help users optimize their workflow, reduce distractions, and improve time management through innovative, biometric-driven productivity tools.Role Overview:The CAD/Mechanical Engineer will lead the design and prototyping of Niura’s EEG earbuds and related accessories. This role is crucial for ensuring that the product is not only functionally efficient but also ergonomically optimized to fit a wide range of users.Responsibilities:

• Create and revise detailed 3D CAD models of the earbuds, focusing on ergonomics and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate PCBs and electronic components into product designs.
• Prepare and oversee prototypes using CNC machining and injection molding processes.
• Conduct stress tests and adjust designs to ensure durability and comfort.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mechanical design to implement in product development.

Job SpecificationQualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Expertise in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360.
• Experience with the design and manufacturing of consumer electronics, especially wearable devices.
• Strong understanding of materials and production processes relevant to electronics packaging.
• Ability to work closely with other teams to ensure the product meets all functional and aesthetic requirements.

Expected salary: 100000 – 200000 per year
