Job description: About This RoleThis position is exclusively open to students pursuing a university degree.Internship dates: September 2nd to December 19th 2025This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global procurement environment while contributing to tangible process improvements.Support the documentation and optimization of intake and orchestration processesContribute to the development and update of procurement self-service tools (e.g., intake forms, user guides)Assist in analyzing procurement data and preparing summary reports or dashboardsFollow up on supplier onboarding and other administrative tasks linked to procurement operationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify low-complexity sourcing tasks suitable for process automation or standardizationParticipate in governance meetings and support the preparation of materials (e.g., slide decks, action trackers)Our ideal candidate has:Strong interest in procurement, operations, or process optimizationSolid analytical and organizational skillsComfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BIBilingual (French and English) is a strong assetCurious, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn in a dynamic environmentPreferred EducationEnrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related fieldLocation of the internship is Montreal, Qc.Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate.
